Somerhalder, Ian, was born on December 8, 1978, in the tired southern town of Covington, Louisiana. Ian Somerhalder is the second of his mother Edna’s (a massage therapist) and father Robert’s (an independent builder) three sons. He spent his elementary and middle school years at a private Catholic school before transferring to Mandeville High School. From the ages of 10 to 13, Ian worked as a model, and at the age of 17, he made the transition into the acting industry.

Ian starred in the “Dawson’s Creek” spin-off “Young Americans” on the WB during the summer of 2000. A prominent boarding school’s dean’s son, he portrayed Hamilton Fleming. Biography

Paul Thomas Wasilewski was born on July 23, 1982, to Polish immigrants Thomas and Agnieszka Wasilewski, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Paul comes in at number two in a family of four. Paul is the youngest brother of four siblings.
