Ingredients:
- Chicken Thighs 1000 grams
- Pineapple Juice 1 cup
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar ¼ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper to taste (ground)
- Onions 2 (chopped)
- Garlic 5-6 Cloves (chopped)
- Pineapple Chunks / Slices For Serving (as per need)
- Pineapple Syrup ¼ cup
- Cherries For Topping (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a large mixing bowl place 1000 grams of chicken thighs.
- Fill the container halfway with pineapple juice.
- To taste, in the bowl, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- To coat the chicken thighs, mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
- Before cooking, marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours or overnight.
- Keep the marinade for later use.
- Over low to medium heat, place a deep frying pan or wok.
- Heat the oil in the pan or wok.
- Fry the marinated chicken thighs in a pan until golden brown on both sides. When the chicken is done, remove the frying pan from the stove.
- Place the chicken on a platter and put it aside.
