Kyle Sandilands came out swinging on Monday after two of the Bachelors allegedly failed to show up for a post-finale radio interview.
Felix Von Hofe and Thomas Malucelli didn’t appear on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, leaving their co-star Jed McIntosh to go it alone with his girlfriend Alésia Delaney.
A KIIS FM producer said the two absent Bachelors ‘bailed’ at the last minute because their break-ups with their chosen women ‘weren’t that smooth’.

Introducing the segment, Kyle said: ‘Jed from The Bachelors is the only Bachelor still with the girl he chose last night on TV…’
His co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson interrupted: ‘Well, actually, he’s the only Bachelor coming in. The other two aren’t doing any [media].’
Kyle then fired up and demanded answers for why Felix and Thomas were MIA.

‘What’s the go there? What did Channel 10 say about the Bachelors? Why aren’t the other ones coming on?’ he asked.
When guest booker Jamiee ‘Mayo’ Blazquez said the pair’s break-ups with their chosen women hadn’t been ‘that smooth’, Kyle snapped: ‘So what?’
Mayo continued: ‘It was very last-minute and they all bailed. They just said they want nothing to do with it.’
Kyle didn’t have any sympathy for the broken-hearted Bachelors, saying they have publicity duties to fulfill regardless of how things ended up on the show.
‘I keep telling the TV stations, “Don’t pay the fee until they complete the job,”‘ he said. ‘How dumb are these people? Who is running these shows?
‘This happens with MAFS every year. No one comes in. You think, “This is a waste of time.” Do the contracts properly.’

Kyle and Jackie went on to praise Jed for doing the right thing by fronting the press the day after the finale.
A Channel 10 spokesperson said neither Thomas nor Felix was booked for publicity on Monday, so it wasn’t accurate for the KIIS FM producer to say they ‘bailed’.
‘We’re focusing on the love story between Alésia and Jed in finale interviews,’ they added in a statement to Daily Mail Australia.
Thomas and Felix did speak with 10 Play, however.

There were a trio of proposals on Sunday night’s season finale of The Bachelors – but two of the three winning couples have already split up.
Channel 10 confirmed overnight that Jed and his chosen contestant Alésia were the only couple to find lasting love on this year’s season.
This is despite the fact things got off to a rocky start when Alésia rejected Jed’s marriage proposal, after he popped the question despite her asking him not to.

The other two Bachelors, Thomas and Felix, on the other hand, have broken up with their chosen women, despite having their proposals accepted on camera.
‘We’re taking it day by day and are excited to actually just have a coffee with each other and live a normal life after this,’ Jed told 10Play of his relationship with Alésia.
Despite getting down on one knee, Thomas confirmed in a statement he had ended his engagement to makeup artist Leah Cummings after two months.
‘We had lots of love and care for each other but we weren’t compatible and compatibility is so important,’ he said.
Leah is understood to have been ‘devastated’ things didn’t work out. Thomas was spotted on dating app Hinge back in September.

‘It is with sadness that Leah and I announce that we have called off our engagement, and are no longer romantically together,’ he wrote on Instagram.
‘We care for and respect each other immensely; however, we came to realise that staying together was not the right decision for us.’
