On the same day the Paper Doll singer, 45, announced his first-ever solo acoustic tour, the pop star, 33, shared some exciting news with her 242 Instagram followers.
‘Meet me at midnight… …for the Lavender Haze music video premiere (!!!!!!!!!!!!!),’ she captioned a video of herself sitting on a bed as purple smoke filled the room.

While it may be coincidence that the Cardigan hitmaker dropped the news just five minutes after Mayer’s announcement, fans speculated Swift was relishing in her ability to overshadow him with a click of a button.
‘Sounds like she is living for the thrill of hitting him where it hurts,’ one Swiftie joked on TikTok, nodding to the musician’s haunting song, Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve, widely assumed to be about her short-lived relationship with Mayer in 2009.
Another quoted the 11-time Grammy winner’s song, Karma, as they quipped: ‘Karma’s a relaxing thought/ Aren’t you envious that for you it’s not?’
