Susan Lucci, 76, radiates youthful glow at American Heart Association’s Red Dress Collection concert

Still red hot at 76! All My Children icon Susan Lucci radiates youthful glow at American Heart Association’s star-studded charity concert

Susan Lucci exuded a youthful glow at the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection gala in New York City on Wednesday.

Thrown at Jazz At Lincoln Center, the event is billed as spreading the word about America’s most prolific killer of women – heart disease.

The 76-year-old, who became a TV legend by spending over 40 years on All My Children, emphasized her sensationally svelte physique in a clinging crimson gown.

She opted for a skintight number that hugged her petite frame and complemented her makeup, especially her slick of scarlet lipstick.

Wearing her signature dirty blonde hair in luxurious waves, Susan treated the shutterbugs to her infectious smile as she hit the red carpet.

The 5’1″ actress, who racked up a staggering 21 Daytime Emmy nominations but only won once, lent herself a bit of added stature with a pair of silver heels.

As the festivities unfolded she hit the stage to address the crowd alongside The View alum Star Jones and American Heart Association CEO Nancy Brown.

Although Go Red For Women is presenting the concert, the event was started by the governmental National Heart, Lung And Blood Institute’s The Heart Truth.

Last year’s concert was the 20th anniversary event, headlined by none other than Destiny’s Child alumna Kelly Rowland.

Her co-headliner was the Canadian songstress Lauren Spencer-Smith, who had competed on American Idol two years before.

Information about this year’s concert, including who the celebrity headliner will be, has been kept under wraps ahead of the star-studded affair.

Every year Go Red For Women unveils a cohort of ‘Real Women’ selected from around the United States to be their ambassadors.

This year’s class is comprised of 12 women from various backgrounds who have all survived either strokes or heart disease, per the American Heart Association.
