And Stacey Solomon was dishing out more handy tips on Wednesday as her organisation show Sort Your Life Out returned for a second series.
As they helped a family of four rid their home of clutter, the Loose Women star, 33, and her crack team of storage and cleaning experts offered advice on how to save money amid the cost of living crisis, including the act of bulk buying.

The episode saw Stacey, professional organizer Dilly Carter, carpenter Robert Brent and cleaning expert Iwan Carrington head to the two-bedroom rented London home of High school sweethearts Charlotte and Dan and their two daughters Mia and Cece.
There, they attempted to help the family transform their home and make more space by sorting out their mounds of belongings and clutter, with the kitchen in particular brimming with excess products.
But as Dilly urged the family to stop bulk buying unless they have space after spotting an unused bottles of ketchup, Stacey was quick to jump in and point out that buying in bulk could save poorer families money in the long run.

She remarked: ‘Sometimes it’s so much cheaper to bulk buy, whether you’ve got the space or not.
‘It’s not fair that the people with the big houses get to save on their products and the people with the small houses have to buy individuals.’
Going on to encourage the act, the soon-to-be mother-of-five chanted: ‘Bulk buying for everyone!’

Once the house was empty, with the family’s possessions in a local warehouse for sorting, Iwan headed back into the home to demonstrate his cleaning trick with the help of a microfibre radiator brush that looked like ‘Marge Simpson’s hair.’
He explained: ‘This is really perfect for getting in between these convector fins.
‘These are the bits in your radiator that transfer all the heat, and what happens if all the dust is in there it actually stops them working so effectively.’
With the removal of the built up dust, the circulation and efficiency of the radiator would improve making it cheaper to run and thus saving money.

The Sort Your Life Out host, who has garnered thousands of fans over her tidying tricks, weighed in on how regularly bed linen should be changed.
Stacey was quizzed by Hits Radio host James Barr, who asked how long he should be switching his bedding now that he is recently single.
The pregnant TV star initially said: ‘Once a week, I’d say.’

James reacted with surprise and Stacey then changed her answer to once a month, encouraging him to ‘wallow in his own filth’.
She then said: ‘Do you know what? While you are single and enjoying that life, wallow in your own filth for a little while.
‘You’ve got no one to impress. You know when you’re single and you don’t have to shave your legs ? So you just go full Gruffalo. I feel it’s the same.’
