Oscar-winning Wild actress Reese Witherspoon has a teenaged son at college.
On Tuesday her eldest boy, 19-year-old Deacon, invited Instagram followers inside his college dorm room as he showed off what life is like for him as a busy student.
‘In flow,’ wrote the Los Angeles native in his caption for his 400K followers.
His actor father Ryan Phillippe – who was married to Reese from 1999 until 2008 – commented, ‘2nd pic is illlllllllll.’
The second photo was of Deacon holding his hands as he pursed his lips while sitting on his dorm room bed.

In the images, the boy is seen in his room sitting on an unmade bed with a white pillowcase, a gray comforter and blue sheets. The single bed is in a blonde wood frame.
The dorm room has a lot going on.
Underneath the bed are wood clothing drawers and to the side is a plastic storage container that appears to be stuffed full.
On one end of the bed hangs a royal blue laundry bag with a white string closure.
On the wood floor is a light rust colored throw rug with white tribal designs.
The star also had a neon sign of a broken heart on the wall and a painting of a boy – which could be of his younger brother Tennessee – as well as a basketball jersey for 28-year-old athlete Joel Embiid.

Deacon graduated from Mountain High School in June 2022 and is now pursuing music at college.
His sister Ava is also at college. In 2019, she showed off her dorm room at University of California, Berkeley.

The 23-year-old daughter of Reese and Ryan smiled in her dorm wearing a simple pair of denim jeans, a lemon yellow peplum tank and a pair of black boots.
The beauty, who is a dead ringer for her mom Reese, had her blonde tresses parted in the middle and in waves.
Unlike many students’ beds, Ava’s was actually made with a charcoal grey comforter, four pillows and a fuzzy throw.

Strewn about the bed were various books, notebooks, highlighters and a backpack, and at the foot of the bed was a large boho style knit pouf .
‘I’m absolutely obsessed with my cotton Calvin Klein duvet from Amazon’s Off to College storefront,’ Ava said. ‘It’s like laying on your favorite t-shirt while studying!’
Above her bed, Ava has a large framed image of star constellations but otherwise bare walls.
‘In between classes, I often come back to my dorm to get some reading done,’ she says.

Next to Ava’s bed is a small mod white nightstand with a few knickknacks on top and a stack of canvas storage cubes in beige.
‘One of my favorite aspects of college is the freedom to create your own class schedule,’ the California native explained.
She admitted: ‘While it’s exciting that every week day is different, it sometimes makes it challenging to keep track of my schedule. I’ve been using my Amazon Echo to set reminders I need for class, set alarms, and keep me organized.’
