Nick Kyrgios attended his brother’s bucks party just a few days after he avoided a conviction for shoving a former girlfriend to the ground.
The Australian tennis player pleaded guilty to the incident, but last Friday a Canberra magistrate opted not to take further action and it will not be on his record going forward.
The sportsman has remained active on social media and on Monday evening posted a photo to his Instagram story at his brother Christos Kyrgios bucks party.

The groom-to-be also posted the same snap on his Instagram grid, with the caption: ‘Thank you. Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you; spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life.’
In the snap, a group of 13 men are seen huddling around one another as they show off their matching t-shirts with Christos’ face them.
The older brother of the tennis star is due to wed his longtime girlfriend Alicia Gowans after they welcomed their first child together, George Onyx Kyrgios, in June of last year.

Kyrgios’ crutches can also be spotted in the photo as he recovers from a nasty knee injury that forced him to withdraw from the Australian Open last month.
The incident that landed the tennis player in court took place in 2021 after a heated argument between him and his ex-girlfriend Chiara Passari led to an altercation as Kyrgios tried to leave in a taxi.
The magistrate ruled it was a ‘single act of stupidity’ by someone trying to get out of a tense situation.

Passari said she had been left traumatised and suffered shoulder pain as a result.
Speaking after the verdict, Kyrgios said: ‘I’m grateful to the court for dismissing the charges without conviction. I was not in a good place when this happened and I reacted to a difficult situation in a way I deeply regret.
‘I know it wasn’t OK and I’m sincerely sorry for the hurt I caused. Mental health is tough. But getting help and working on myself has allowed me to feel better.’
