Molly-Mae Hague has revealed she’s named her baby daughter Bambi.
The Love Island star, 23, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a snap of her baby girl’s name in illuminated letters overlooking her little girl in her cot, having previously admitted that some fans would ‘hate’ it.
Molly-Mae secretly gave birth to her first child on Monday January 23, but only announced her arrival on social media a week later.

Molly-Mae shared an adorable image of her daughter nestled in her cot next to a Bambi toy, with her name illuminated in lights on the wall.
She captioned the post: ‘Bambi’ along with a heart emoji.
The name Bambi is of Italian origin and is thought to derive from the word ‘bambino’, which means ‘child’.
Molly-Mae had previously admitted she always knew what she was going to call her daughter, adding that she knew some of her fans wouldn’t like it.

In a previous YouTube Q&A she said: ‘It’s not made up, it’s totally not made up, I can’t explain it. It’s just not a name that’s ever been used before. It’s very very different and rare and you’re either going to love it or hate it.
‘I’ve had the name picked out since I was a baby girl myself. It’s always been a dream baby girl name and luckily when I met Tommy and I told him the name I’ve always dreamt of using, he absolutely loved it too.
‘It’s a really really unusual and a different name, I do not know anybody else with the name. I’ve not seen any other girls with the name before, it’s that different.’
It comes after Molly-Mae’s fans claimed they’d figured out the name of her baby girl, after the television personality teased it is a ‘very unique’ moniker, with some users’ guesses now proving to be right.
Some eagle-eyed followers had done some digging on Instagram and believed they had uncovered an account registered under what could have been the newborn’s identity.

Fans theorised they had named their daughter Nephele – a name from Greek mythology of a woman who was formed from a cloud after spotting Molly-Mae use cloud emojis in her posts recently.
They also thought the name is a nod to her love for her toy elephant Ellie Belly which goes everywhere with her.
Molly-Mae teased last year her daughter’s name will be ‘really, really unusual and different’.
But others correctly guessed that Molly-Mae and Tommy would be calling their little one Bambi.
One wrote: ‘I know the name. Somebody I know who is close to Mollys managers family or something knows the name. It’s Bambi.’
A second added: ‘It’s Bambi apparently’.

On Tuesday, Molly-Mae shared a series of pictures of her week old baby girl when she was just a newborn.
The influencer shared a natural picture of herself wearing grey nightwear as she cuddled her newborn.
She wrote: ‘Just a couple of hours old. My heart just explodes every time I look at her… the love is unbelievable.’

Molly lovingly wrapped her little one in an Aden + Anais swaddle from their Harry Potter collection as she gazed lovingly at her.
Molly-Mae also shared a picture of herself cuddling her boyfriend Tommy Fury the night before they welcomed their first baby.
She penned: ‘The night before life changed forever,’ alongside a cry-face emoji.
Delighted Molly also uploaded a picture of Tommy giving their beautiful baby ‘nose kisses’ as she thanked fans for their sweet messages.

Sharing one picture of herself cuddling into the newborn, Molly-Mae wrote: ‘One week old today. I can’t believe we get to keep you forever.
‘Becoming your mum has been one of the best things to ever happen to me… it doesn’t seem possible but my love for you grows with each passing moment.
‘There is no feeling like holding you in my arms little one, my heart literally explodes. Thank you for entering this world safely for us and blessing us with the gift of being your parents.

While Tommy also took to Instagram Stories to share a snap with his 4.3M followers, as he vowed: ‘I’ll protect you forever my little girl’.
It comes after Tommy’s boxing rival Jake Paul let the news slip last week in a post advertising their upcoming fight, where he said said that there were ‘no excuses’ for the match to be delayed now that the ‘baby is born’.

Molly-Mae revealed her pregnancy back in September as she unveiled her bump for the first time, and just weeks later the couple announced that they were having a girl.
Molly-Mae and Tommy met on the 2019 series of Love Island after she entered the villa as a bombshell on day four and requested a date with the boxer.
They quickly coupled up and were together throughout their time on the show and reached the final where they finished in second place behind Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.
