The game saw the lads take part in a Gladiators-themed obstacle game before kissing a lady of their choice – with love rivals Ron and Casey both picking the blonde bombshell.
And Lana appeared to enjoy a passionate embrace with her on-off beau Ron, in comparison fans observed she looked uncomfortable locking lips with newcomer Casey, with fans deucing: ‘She does not like that man!’
