Love Island’s Dami Hope launches feud against booted David Salako who wants to steal his girlfriend

Love Island’s Dami Hope has launched a feud against booted Islander David Salako who hinted that he wants to steal his girlfriend Indiyah Polack.

The 2022 series finalist, 26, was tagged in a video by David, 24, who was sat in a chair getting his hair trimmed where he revealed he ‘stole’ Dami’s barber.

David used that point as a springboard to hint that he’ll be on his way to steal Dami’s girlfriend, 24-year-old Indiyah Polack – and he got the reaction out of Dami he was looking for.

The newest Islander shared a screenshot of Dami’s recent tweet calling out David for his hair.

Dami wrote: ‘Atp [at this point] if David needs a trim I’ll cut his hair ffs’, and it garnered over 40,000 views after posting.

Speaking to the camera in a post shared to his Instagram profile, Essex man David said to Dami: ‘So Dami, you’ve been getting onto me since I left the villa.

‘I’ve stolen your barber – you know what I’m going for next!’

Then he added: ‘You couldn’t even bag a girl in the villa and you think you can take mine.’

He also commented on the post, writing: ‘Man got a trim and still looks the same, A1 marketing tho.’

Earlier on Tuesday, David appeared on the Love Island Morning After podcast with Dami’s lover, Indiyah, and co-host Sam Thompson.

He posted a picture to celebrate his feature on their show talking all things Love Island after leaving last week.

Dami and Indiyah first got together last summer while appearing on the 2022 series of Love Island and have gone from strength to strength ever since.

They have moved into a flat together in London and regularly post their romantic day-to-day activities with their combined 1.77million followers on Instagram.

Recently, their co-star Summer Botwe asked cruel trolls to stop sending her abuse amid her feud with Indiyah over an explicit comment she made.

Summer was previously linked to Dami during their time on Love Island, growing close to him when she entered the show as a Casa Amor bombshell.

But any chance of romance was quickly scuppered when Indiyah returned to the villa, with the couple still together six months on.

Fast forward to last week and during an appearance on podcast Spill The Juice, Summer made an explicit comment about Dami’s manhood.

Trolls supporting Indiyah’s side of the argument have responded by sending Summer death threats, leading the star to post a plea on Instagram asking them to stop.

‘I’ll be real you lot are taking it too far…death threats telling me to kill myself saying I don’t deserve to be alive,’ Summer wrote on Monday.

‘I take accountability for what I said but I don’t deserve some of the s*** you guys are saying to me.

‘My family also see everything you guys say to me and it affects them which is hard for me to see so keep that in mind when you’re sending me all this hate.

‘I hope you all find peace and remember that everyone is human and has feelings. Goodnight.’
