Each boy took it in turns to deliver a bold speech, shortly followed by them flexing their muscles for the girls.
The boys then had to choose a girl to carry through the remainder of the course on a chariot.
Tom, now coupled up with Samie, unsurprisingly chose her for the challenge and said during their chat: ‘I can’t lie, I would prefer to kiss you outside the challenge…’

Carl Fogarty’s daughter Claudia is set to make a very dramatic arrival at the end of the steamy challenge, which has returned for another year, spoilers have shown.
The daughter of the I’m A Celebrity winner, 28, completely shocked the Islanders as she appeared in the South African villa when they thought the challenges are over.
In the upcoming scenes, new arrival Claudia stepped out in a sultry red angel outfit, complete with a huge pair of wings.
Strutting into the villa to give her own sexy dance, after reportedly promising her father ‘not to be too raunchy’, she said: ‘Let’s really get them hearts racing…’
Her arrival came at the end of the famous heart-rate challenge, which saw pulses race as the Islanders put on some very steamy displays.
The contestants were tasked with performing sexy stripteases for one another around the firepit, with temperatures quickly soaring.

Olivia channelled her ring girl persona in sizzling latex for her performance which kicked things off for the girls, while Samie donned a red hot devil’s outfit.
Lana, who is at the centre of a love triangle between Ron and Casey made a big entrance, popping out a giant present whole dressed in a red bow.
Will stunned the girls as a saucy pirate, with one of the girls saying: ‘Oh Will, Will, Will! No-one will ever do it like him, he just goes above and beyond.’

Over the years, the heart rate challenge has caused tension between the couples after their pulses were raised by someone who is not their significant other.
And Claudia, from Blackburn, could be set to cause some added drama as she admitted she has her eye on Tom Clare, who is newly coupled up with Samie.
She said: ‘Tom, I think he’s a really down-to-earth guy and he’s family orientated like me.

‘Casey’s very good looking, his eyes are gorgeous and he seems like a down-to-earth genuine guy, too. However, I’m very open-minded; I could like any of them.’
She added: ‘I think I’ll spice things up a bit, I’m a confident person, I can be fiery when I want to be, but I’m a girls’ girl so I know I will get on well with all of them all.’
Speaking of her arrival in the villa, Claudia said she has been single for eight months so wants to settle down and find ‘the one’, saying she is done with the ‘bad boys’.Â
