The footballer, 23, rocked the villa when his secret kiss with Ellie started to become public knowledge among the islanders.Â
And when Olivia gets wind of his antics, she confronts him, asking: ‘Do you have anything you want to tell me?’, before slamming him for claiming the blonde beauty is ‘just a friend’.

The previous episode saw Tanya spilling the beans to Tom’s ex Zara, after Will let slip the big secret earlier.
And despite Tanya begging Zara to keep quiet, the model insisted that her former love rival needed to hear the truth.
Upcoming scenes will see Tanya and Zara head to the terrace to tell Olivia they need to ‘urgently’ speak to her.Â

Zara tells her: ‘I’ve just been told by Tanya that Ellie and Tom kissed’, to which a shocked Olivia asks: ‘Are you joking?’
Tanya then pipes up, adding: ‘And guess what? He hasn’t even told the boys.’
Stunned by Tom’s antics, Olivia then says: ‘”I want to explore it again” my a***, are you serious?’
She then fills the girls in on her earlier conversions with Tom, before referencing Ellie as she remarks: ‘What and he comes and tells me that he “sees her as a friend”?’

As Tom insists that he’s been ‘straight up’ with Olivia, she shoots back ‘No you haven’t and now it all makes sense to me.’Â
The truth is out: Zara tells her: ‘I’ve just been told by Tanya that Ellie and Tom kissed’, to which a shocked Olivia asks: ‘Are you joking?’

As Tom relished in three girls, including new bombshell Samie Elishi, vying for his attention – viewers compared him to notorious Love Island lothario Adam Collard.Â
Adam, 27, has had two stints in the villa and became well known for getting into complicated love triangles with women battling for his affection. Â
