Love Island fans were left shocked on Sunday night as Tom took Lana aside to convince her to recouple with Casey.
Lana Jenkins was forced to choose between Ron Hall and Casey O’Gorman in a shock recoupling during Sunday’s episode, but confessed she was still undecided.
The make-up artist, 25, has been caught in a love triangle with the boys ever since Casey, 26, entered as a bombshell and Ron, 25, admitted his head had been turned by newcomer Samie Elishi, 22.
But in a shocking turn of events, Tom decided to take Lana to one side and offer her some friendly advice.
Admitting he’d seen Ron be ‘slimey’ and continuously flirting with Samie, he urged his fellow islander to go for Casey.
Evidently, Tom’s advice clearly left a lasting impression – as Lana made the shock decision to recouple with Casey.Â

On Friday’s episode, as the Islanders continued to enjoy the sunshine, the villa was rocked by a surprise text.

Earlier in the episode, Ron and Lana reflected on the latest dumping and how it made them feel about their own situation.
Lana said of the fact Ron wasn’t at risk of being dumped: ‘I was glad when they called your name.’
Ron laughed: ‘Were you? I’d hope so,’ while Lana replied: ‘Imagine if I was like, I couldn’t wait for you to go.’
Later on, Lana spoke to Casey and he told her: ‘I won’t need to f*** up with you to realise what I’ve got with you if that makes you feel any more reassured.’ Lana joked: ‘The shade.’

It seems Lana is still undecided as she went to the Beach Hut and said: ‘I have chats with Ron and I sway more that way, then I have chats with Casey and I sway that way…’

Despite claiming Lana was his priority, Ron continued to chat to the other girls in the villa, prompting Lana to become wary of their relationship.
However, Lana was chosen by Aaron Waters in the latest recoupling and bombshell Casey O’Gorman caught her eye after he arrived in the villa.

Samie replied: ‘Lana, he’s a flirt man, he’s a proper flirt,’ but Tanya told her: ‘Lana, no.’
