The former TOWIE star, 36, wrapped up in a leather jacket for the outing, layering the look over black leggings and a beige sweater.
Doting mum Lauren – who shares the 18-month-old with ex Charles Drury, 25 – was joined by a female pal and appeared in deep conversation as they headed for a bite to eat.

Lauren made sure the little one was secure in the stylish slate pram as they made their way along the busy street.Â

The outing comes after Lauren revealed attended a holistic ‘healing’ session on Wednesday after a difficult year which included the tragic loss of her baby daughter Lorena.
The reality star took to her Instagram Stories to give an insight into her energy ‘healing’ as she posted a short clip from the session.
In the video, shared to Instagram by Holistic Guidance, Lauren could be seen lying with her eyes closed with a crystal placed on her forehead.

The practitioner appeared to be doing reiki on Lauren, which is a Japanese form of energy ‘healing’ for stress reduction and relaxation.
In text printed across the video, the company wrote: ‘Healing is a journey, not a destination. The more we heal, the harder we chase our dreams.’
Sharing the video to her own Stories, Lauren admitted she was ‘exhausted’ as she thanked Holistic Guidance for the treatment.

Her ‘healing’ session comes after Lauren opened up about her ‘hellish’ 2022 after the tragic loss of her baby daughter Lorena and a bitter split with her partner.
Speaking to MailOnline at The Inspiration Awards in London last week, Lauren reflected on the ‘massive trauma’ she has been through over the past 12 months.
She said: ‘I’ve been through massive trauma, I’m not gonna sugarcoat it but everyone knows and I feel like one day I want to inspire other women.’

It is understood that their relationship ended bitterly last year, and at the funeral of their second daughter Lorena, it is alleged Lauren was attacked. Charles, 25, was later arrested and bailed following the incident.
She said:Â ‘Larose, my daughter, I think being a mum to the most amazing little girl I’ve ever had in my life.
‘Like, she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. And I am a very strong person. I’ve been through a lot. And I feel like I want to be there…
‘I’m strong, independent and I want to inspire young girls and other mum that are going through similar things. And just you know like, everything happens for a reason and just don’t like… life goes on.’
