He placed both arms into the air while flexing his biceps and tensing his toned torso to show the result of hard work.

‘A week of juicing & 70km.. Now to making it last..! “The body achieves what the mind believes.” Thanks @jasonvale @juicemasterretreats’.

It’s not the first time Robert has opted for juicing to get into shape, as he spent six days at Juice Master Retreats in August last year.

Rob replied: ‘I’m not sure I could have another one. I didn’t really want a dog. Eventually, you get a pet and it becomes exactly as you describe. It becomes exactly how you describe as they become part of your family. They’re irreplaceable.’

GMB viewers took to Twitter and urged Rob to get a new dog to ease his heartbreak.

One said: ‘Get another dog, Rob, you’ve clearly got so much love to give. I’ve got 3 and I’ve told them they can’t ever leave me! They’re my children. Hope to see you on the Euston concourse in the future with a new dog.’
