Actress and model Jodi Gordon opted for a corporate chic look on Monday as she went for a spin around Sydney in a black Mercedes-Benz.

The former Home and Away star, 37, exited the vehicle in navy slacks, a loose green shirt, black sandals and a pair of oversized sunglasses.

Wearing her long brunette hair loosely, Jodi was seen chatting to someone on the phone with a big smile on her face.

It comes after Jodi spoke to Daily Mail Australia about how she was committed to staying sober while planning her career comeback.

Speaking in November, she also revealed she had developed effective strategies for maintaining her physical and mental well-being.

When asked about her sobriety, she said: ‘I feel really good. I take life as it comes and do everything I can to make sure I am doing the right things for my body and mind.’

Jodi, who is living life to the fullest after completing a 30-day recovery program at a Sydney clinic last year, added that ‘mental health is a big part of looking after myself today, as well as physical exercise’.

With her health and wellness back on track, Jodi is looking forward to some exciting new projects this year.

‘I just got an acting agent; I haven’t had one in years. I’m really excited to dip my toes into acting again,’ she said.

Jodi was previously married to former rugby league star-turned-commentator Braith Anasta between 2012 and 2015.

The former couple are parents to eight-year-old daughter Aleeia.

She is believed to be currently single after a string of failed romances.
