However, a press release which was later issued about the fight claimed the couple were still awaiting the arrival of their little girl.

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury for comment.

Molly-Mae, 23, who met boxer Tommy on ITV2’s Love Island show in 2019.

In a post advertising their upcoming fight, Jake said that there were ‘no excuses’ for the match to be delayed now that the ‘baby is born’.

He wrote: ‘After multiple failed attempts to get Tommy Fury in the ring, the moment of truth has finally arrived.

‘Fumbles has no excuses now. Baby is born. Money is massive. Immigration is not an issue. Sunday February 26.’

Molly-Mae revealed her pregnancy back in September as she unveiled her bump for  the first time, and just weeks later the couple announced that they were having a girl.

Molly-Mae previously detailed how she’s jealous of her other pregnant friends who can feel their babies kicking because she struggles due to her anterior placenta.

The common condition does not harm the baby but means that the placenta is attached to the front wall of the uterus, providing a cushioning between the baby and tummy, making it harder to feel movement.

Addressing her fans in a Q&A, Molly-Mae admitted she found it ‘disheartening’, because Tommy has missed out on feeling their unborn daughter kicking.

Molly – who was accused by Ulrika Jonsson of being ‘melodramatic’ about her pregnancy – explained: ‘It’s been soooo disheartening for me.

‘Tommy has probably felt her move maybe twice (which at this stage is crazy), I see my friends post videos seeing/ feeling their baby move and I get sooo jealous, I deffo thought it was a given that you’ll feel your baby move but that’s 100% not been the case for me, I feel her now at this stage but no one else can!’

Molly, who had earlier admitted that she was unable to see her baby’s face at a 4D scan, continued: ‘I think as well that’s why I got so emotional after our 4D scan fail because I do think the placenta also didn’t help with seeing her face… after it’s stopped us from feeling her too I just felt so frustrated!

‘It is what it is though. I’m so lucky to have a healthy placenta that provides everything for.’

The reality star had shared a selfie with Tommy as she revealed: ‘Yesterday on our way to baby girls 4D scan which was a huge fail. I was sooo excited to see her little face but we couldn’t see it [heartbroken emoji]!’ she said.

‘(Just to clarify she’s completely fine)! We left it as long as possible as well to have this scan as they say the older the baby the better, so I had been counting down the days… wish I hadn’t been so optimistic, perfect though, fit and healthy and measuring completely average for weight/size at this stage which is all that matters.

‘Not long till we can see that little face in person… I just know she’s gonna look so much like her dad!’

It comes after Molly-Mae revealed she’d had a bit of a health scare, when she suffered ‘one of the worst nights of her pregnancy’.

The Love Island star fought back tears in a YouTube video shared with her fans, saying that one night she woke up in bed with ‘excruciating stomach cramps’.

Molly-Mae explained that she ‘almost called an ambulance’ during the scare as she panicked.

‘I had one of the worst nights of my pregnancy so far…  I went to bed four in the morning… I woke up with the most excruciating stomach cramps, I was literally freaking out,’ she explained in the clip.

‘I tried to get myself out of the bed to the toilet and I couldn’t walk. I felt so unwell and thought whether to call myself an ambulance, I was freaking out.’

‘I was literally rolling about in bed, I felt so unwell and then Tommy had to leave to the airport to get a flight at 5am. It’s always the case, when I need him and when I feel unwell, he has to go somewhere.’

The blonde then said that she thought she had a stomach bug after the incident.

‘All day I still not felt a 100 per cent, but I think I’ve come to the conclusion that I think I have a stomach bug or some sort of a sickness bug,’ said Molly-Mae before adding that she had suffered from painful leg cramps the night prior.

‘I was literally lying there for like 20 minutes crying in agony. I’ve not experienced any cramp in pregnancy, I’m not sure if that’s a pregnancy symptom, but it was just very random,’ said the influencer.

In October, Molly-Mae and Tommy revealed that they were expecting a baby girl, popping a gender reveal balloon which showered them with pink confetti.

It comes after Molly-Mae admitted she ‘cried five times a day’ during her early pregnancy she updated her fans.

The influencer said she found the experience ’emotionally hard’, and recalled the ‘shock’ of the news and admitted it has not been a ‘magical experience’ as she and boyfriend Tommy Fury, overcame obstacles.

Molly explained: ‘We were going through a really tricky time with Tommy and his work and fights happening, then not happening, and situations being completely out of our control.

‘I was in the most emotionally hardest period of my life, whilst trying to also support Tommy, and it was just a very crazy few months.’
