Step 2- If you find any hole or crack on the walls, use a thin wire or a screwdriver to eliminate the dirt and debris from it. 

Step 3– Start applying the putty from one corner to another neatly. So, you can easily avoid any wrinkles or bubbles on the wall putty. 

Step 4– The putty must be applied smoothly and evenly. Only then can you move ahead with the painting. 

Step 5– Now, put a second coat on the wall. 

Step 6- The blade knife you use for wall putty must be sharp enough to remove any excess putty from the wall. 

Step 7– Let it sit for at least one day. Once it dries up properly, move on to the next step. 

Step 8– Sand the surface once again. This will help even out the surface perfectly before painting the walls.
