Brad Pitt shows off his typically bold sense of style as he sports a teal velour boilersuit

Brad Pitt showed off his typically bold sense of style on Tuesday as he filmed new Apple thriller Wolves.

Strolling through the Harlem neighbourhood of NYC, the Hollywood actor, 59, sported a teal velour boilersuit, with a white t-shirt underneath.

The sighting comes hours after Pitt learned he did not earn a Best Actor nomination for his role in the box-office bomb, Babylon, at this year’s Academy Awards.

Brad donned a pair of white slip-on shoes, while carrying a large shoulder bag and a green blanket.

Both Brad and George Clooney were attached to star and produce since September 2021, when Apple won a bidding war for the project that reunites the stars for the first time since 2008’s Burn After Reading, a year after the final Ocean’s film, 2007’s Oceans 13.

The film hails from writer-director Jon Watts, who directed the latest Spider-Man film trilogy for Marvel Studios.

Both Pitt and Clooney will star as fixers who both work alone, but their lives collide when they take on the same job.

Watts will write, direct and produce the film, with Pitt producing through his Plan B Entertainment company and Clooney producing through his Smoke House Pictures.

Fans have long wondered about the possibility of a fourth Ocean’s film following the success of Ocean’s Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen.

And late last year, The Sun reported that Pitt – who famously plays Rusty Ryan – and his co-stars George Clooney and Matt Damon had finally signed on.

‘Rumors of a film starring George, Brad and Matt have swirled for years but the timing was off and their jam-packed schedules meant that it was just not possible,’ a source explained to the outlet in September.

‘Finally the right team for the job has come together in a bid to make it a huge success and the main stars thought it would be good fun to revisit.’

The insider continued: ‘The franchise is hugely popular and the brilliant storyline was an opportunity that was too good to miss.’

Ocean’s 11 kicked off the franchise and is a reboot of the 1960 film of the same name. It follows main character Danny Ocean (Clooney), a career thief who recruits ten accomplices to help him rob three Las Vegas casinos simultaneously, as per IMDB.

The film premiered on December 7, 2001 and went on to earn $450.7 million at the worldwide box-office.

Ocean’s Twelve (2004) raked in $362.9 million while Ocean’s Thirteen (2007) made $311.7 million.

The three films each boasted A-list casts that included the likes of Julia Roberts, Vincent Cassel, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Don Cheadle, Al Pacino and Bernie Mac.

When Mac suddenly passed away in 2008 from complications from pneumonia, plans for a fourth installment were put on what seemed to be an indefinite hold.

Pitt’s latest film Babylon was a box-office flop despite its star-studded cast, which includes Margot Robbie and Olivia Wilde, and Oscar nominated director Damien Chazelle at the helm.

It made a reported $18 million worldwide which is significantly less than the film’s $79 million production budget.

The three-hour-and-nine-minute flick takes place before the Hays Code was introduced in 1930, prohibiting profanity, nudity, drug use, sexual ‘perversion,’ inter-racial relationships and much more on screen.
