Aussie pop duo Bachelor Girl reunite on the 25th anniversary of their debut album Waiting For The Day

Bachelor Girl captured the hearts of Australian music fans in 1998 with their double platinum-selling debut single, Buses and Trains. 

And now the group – made up of Tania Doko and James Roche – are set to make a comeback. 

Doko shared the news to Instagram on Thursday, as she ventured to the Gold Coast for press engagements to promote the single.

‘Bachies… big day tomorrow! ‘Calling Out Your Name’ will be released out into the world,’ she wrote on the social media platform.

In the clip, she went on to tell fans she was excited to share the new music after having an extended break from the industry.

The group’s long-awaited musical comeback follows a hiatus from the industry.

The duo have several live performances lined up to coincide with their release.

They have been locked in as the support act for Darren Hayes’ Do You Remember Tour across the country.

The tour will visit Melbourne on February 4; Sydney on February 7; Newcastle on February 8 and Brisbane on 11 February.

They are also set to perform their own gigs at Burleigh Town Hotel in Queensland on February 10 and Kings Beach Tavern in Queensland on February 12.
