The zip-lock bag, after all, contained anti-inflammatory medication that he took to deal with pain from his football career, Carey maintained.

Carey was reportedly slapped with a two-year ban from entering Crown premises, stood down from his Triple M radio show, and prohibited from attending Channel 7’s telecast of the Brownlow Medal.
Carey has has several love interests in the past. He was previously married to his longtime partner Sally McMahon, tying the knot in 2001 after meeting at a party in Wagga Wagga when he had just turned 20 and she was 17.
But the couple’s relationship soon hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Just one year after tying the knot, the North Melbourne captain was involved in a sordid affair with his former teammate Antony Stevens’ wife, Kelli.

Following their split, Carey began a relationship with model Kate Neilson.
